HOURS

phunkyBento is open for orders 24/7. All emails and queries will be answered during our office hours: 9am - 3pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). We endeavour to process all orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment (subject to availability). 

PRICING

All prices are shown in NZD and include GST. 

PAYMENT

Payment options available are

            Debit / Credit Card via our shopify payments system accepting most major credit cards including Apple Pay.     

LAYBUY - Purchase using Laybuy as payment and not only will you receive your order NOW, the cost is spread over 6 weekly automatic payments that are entirely interest free! If you would like to purchase using LAYBUY, all you have to do is:

  1. Once you've filled your cart, head to the checkout and once at the payment screen select Pay by LAYBUY
  2. New customers will be taken to the LAYBUY website to register and complete their purchase, while returning customers can simply sign in.
  3. Your order is processed immediately and we treat it no different to any other order. Your payment schedule will be created and only a sixth of your order is due today, the rest is split over the remaining five weeks.

THE SMALL STUFF

LAYBUY is a service which is totally independent to phunkyBento. Your payment obligations are to LAYBUY through the account that you have set up with them. PRE-ORDERS

If we know we have products arriving in the near future we like to give you the opportunity to pre-order them so you don't miss out when they arrive.  When the product arrives we will send it out with any other products that were in your order. If you require the other goods sooner, please place a separate order and they will be shipped out immediately.We put an estimate of the arrival date on the website, however sometimes things change and delays occur which are out of our hands.  Likewise sometimes they arrive earlier.

We use Courier Post and NZ Post for all of our shipping needs. 

Christchurch & Surrounds  - $5.00

(including Rolleston, Darfield, Oxford, Amberley)

Rest of South Island - $6.50

North Island - $7.00

FREE NATIONWIDE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $100!

All orders are tracked door to door and typically take 2-3 working days once picked up for delivery. Bear in mind that these services operate during the weekday and do not require a signature on delivery. Please keep this in mind when providing a valid NZ address.

We DO deliver to PO Boxes and Rural Addresses at no extra cost.

Please note that delivery times are ‘target’ delivery times and can sometimes take longer to reach its destination.

Please note that any international orders will be sent UN-TRACKED via NZ Post and will take approximately 3 - 15 working days. 

 

RETURNS

It means everything to us that you are thrilled with your purchase, so please get in touch immediately if there are any problems with your order – nic@phunkybento.co.nz

Please choose your items carefully.  All Bento boxes have their dimensions clearly stated - returns or exchanges are not available because you have changed your mind. We can not offer store credit at this time.

If your order has been damaged in transit, please let us know immediately (and no longer than within 3 working days of arrival) so that we can get in touch with the courier company to sort out any claims.

PhunkyBento will refund or exchange items that are faulty or incorrect. Please contact us within 3 working days to advise of a fault.  We will provide a return address for you to send it back.  Faulty goods must be returned to us within 10 working days of when you notify us.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund, and exchange or reimburse in full if approved.   Please include your return shipping receipt so we can also reimburse the return shipping cost (only if a fault is found).  We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a timely manner, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Here at phunkyBento, we pride ourselves on providing the highest level of quality and service, and in the very unlikely event that an error or fault exists with your order then please contact us within 3 working days of delivery. Advise us of your concerns and we will endeavor to rectify (if appropriate) in a timely and professional manner.

PLEASE NOTE BELOW

We do not guarantee our products for issues related to wear and tear including rips, spills, scratches, chips, mould, fading, stains and odour.

Please keep in mind that although our products are designed for children, they are not indestructible.

 

REFUNDS

If we have approved a refund of your purchase, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable time.  If you haven’t received a refund within 10 days of us approving your refund, try the following;

  • Check your bank account again. It may have been hidden by an extra expense.

  • Get in contact with your credit card company. There may be a delay on their end for publishing the refund.

  • Get in touch with your bank. Again there may be a delay on their end for publishing the refund.
